Hi I'm Helen, the Mum of the Casa Costello gang and the one with the most to say!
We are a family of 5 from the North West, consisting of me, Dermot and the 3 gorgeous girls, Millie, Violet and Tara.
I am a massive foodie, owning my own Celebration Cake business, Aardvark Cakes. As such, the 3 girls are often known as the Mini Aardvarks.
The blog will include loads of cake pics, How to tutorials and delicious recipes.
I also take part in lots of Parenting discussions as we stumble along the way of mad family life.
